1. Processing & Origin

All orders are processed and dispatched directly from the United States.

  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order departs our facility, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


2. Transit Times

We offer shipping to domestic and international destinations. Estimated delivery windows are outlined below:

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Any promotional "Free Shipping" offers apply to the subtotal after discounts and before taxes.


4. International Orders (Duties & Taxes)

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs & Fees: Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • Responsibility: These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Delays: Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send the item.


6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 5 business days of the delivery date.
